This is the fourth electronic stethoscope I've owned and by far the best and most advanced I've used. The ability to see the rhythm is incredible. Sound quality is excellent. Everyone that sees it in action is amazed.

I am pleased with the sound quality of the DUO when compared to the Littmann digital and Thinklabs One. It is much more clear than the Littmann, equal to the One, but not as loud as the One. I am an ICU nurse and the noise cancelation has already shown to be beneficial and better than the Littmann's. I wear hearing aides and the 3.5mm port connects my hearing aide bluetooth adapter which transmits the sounds directly. The cost and customer service with the Eko are better than the One. The single lead EKG may be beneficial for an office setting.

My Eko DUO is now an irreplaceable part of my practice. The week I went without it recently I realized how much I've been missing with my traditional stethoscope.

I had other doctors and nurse practitioner try the Eko Duo. Depending on the environment, if a person is in a small room they said it was too loud even when it was set to the lowest volume. But if you are in a big room with other people and it sounds perfect. I'm trying to get my cardiologist to join Eko Enterprise. My doctor had his nurse read up about it on your web site. I also had my dialysis techs try it out. Many of them loved it and were interested in buying their own or hoping that someone would buy them a Eko as a gift.

I've been using the DUO ECG. Excellent at auscultation of heart sounds. Great battery life. EKG tracing is very good. Based on improved sound in the DUO ECG + Digital stethoscope I would never go back to using my Littman Master Cardiology

I am the proud owner of the Eko Core and Duo. Both devices are of high quality and take the experience of auscultation to the next level. The iPhone and iPad Apps are sophisticated and the compatibility with the desktop App via Cloud works flawlessly. The Eko-Support Team is attentive, helpful and interested to help with questions and ideas. Overall, I am very pleased working with Eko.

I love that I hear stuff my cohorts miss, that I hear what the doctors hear or don't... and that in an emergency or in the event a patient appears to be going down I can hear and visualize some of what's going on before I call a rapid response..nothing else out there does this.

I am an older nursing student (prior EMT) with a fair degree of hearing loss. I had been using a school-issued amplifying stethoscope but needed my own when I graduate in a couple of months. The DUO has been amazing. It does an excellent job of filtering outside noises. Works best on skin but does quite well through clothing, too, as long as everything remains still. Rubbing or knocks on the case do give a fair amount of noise at higher levels of amplification. Breathing sounds are very clear, with a lot of neat details coming heard through the extended range filter. Koratkoff sounds are clear in all modes. I would recommend playing with placement a good bit to get good rhythm tracings. Tiny shifts from left-to-right or up-to-down can make big differences in signal amplitude. Using thumbs results in a clearer signal but seems to add a little artifact in the QRS. Overall I'm very happy with this product so far and look forward to exploring its functionality more!

It's terrific, cutting-edge technology, and for all the reasons I can use it as an educator, the students can use it as professionals. We can share information with our colleagues and let our clients be part of their medical experience."

I love the Eko DUO. I work in a multisystem ICU and a COVID ICU. Thanks to the noise amplification and sound boost I use it to really listen to lung sounds when my pt is in a loud room like for COVID with hepa filters, etc.

I am impressed and shocked how tremendously clear the sound is on this. I can hear the heart and murmurs and lung sounds so well. It is high quality and clear. The stethoscope is so easy to clean and turn off and on. In addition, the EKG links up to my iPhone and stethoscope within seconds. So when I examine the patient I literally pull out my iPhone and turn on the app and it links. The EKG is clear and does recordings. I am absolutely impressed. I can't see how I can go back to a regular stethoscope ever again!

Have to admit, I really love this thing. I get palpitations from time to time, but once I make it to the doctors it subsides so they never catch anything on the EKG. I was able to record using EKO while it was happening and saw a change in my EKG! I finally caught it!! I love its duo functionality (hence the name), being able to hear/magnify heart/lung/bowel sounds AND record EKGs. This thing is a godsend. I think it's worth the money and I happily support innovative products such as these.

I must say that the Eko DUO is fantastic! I for one am a big fan now. Both the sound quality and the ECG tracings are excellent. The Eko app is very practical. Love it.

I love it! I think it is an amazing way to do a quick assessment on whether or not a patient is having a heart problem or not. It is a quick and efficient way to do triage rather than waiting for an old-fashioned EKG that takes about 15 minutes just to set up. I am very happy I spent the money to buy the EKO and am using it in my practice daily including on my family members! Please buy it doctors, it is the wave of the future!

This device can actually provide clear breath sounds through light clothing. Outstanding sound quality. The ability to adjust volume and frequency works very well to adjust to different situations. I can hear heart sounds clearly and already have saved referrals for an EKG when irregular cardiac rhythm was heard. The EKG feature even helps allergists. Far better than my previous electronic stethoscope. In my opinion this is a very valuable tool for virtually any clinician.

I have bilateral hearing aids, so getting a stethoscope that number one, was comfortable, and number two, gave a TRUE rendering of breath sounds, and heart sounds. I have used multiple different electronic stethoscopes in the past, but I was always unhappy with the quality of the sound. I have had my Eko DUO for a little over a year, and I could not possibly, be any more pleased. I have been waiting for almost 40 years, in practice, to finally have the best quality sound on the market. My patients are when I show them their heart rhythm, or playback heart sounds, with an ekg, to help them understand the problem that they are having. I have seen an increase in patient compliance, and in satisfaction, when they feel like part of the solution. My colleagues are always coming by to "borrow" my Eko DUO for assistance with diagnosis, in the E.R.

Like many aging clinicians, I experience hearing loss. I purchased the Eko DUO to assist me in my work as an ER Nurse. Using the stethoscope earpieces the sound amplification is great, and I can finally hear lung sounds again. Heart sounds are no longer "present or absent", meaning I can now hear subtle tones again.

I cannot believe how I much better my ability to hear, and diagnose arrhythmia is with the EKO. In my rural health practice, it may be quite a while before I can arrange for a patient to get to a cardiologist, and it may be vital for me to identify and treat quickly! I just love the app, I immediately see the tracing on my iPhone and I can screenshot and print immediately or send in real-time to the specialist!

I have used my Eko with every patient encounter both in the ED and in field situations. I have gifted two Ekos to colleagues (ED physician and cardiologist), both doctors love the device. This stethoscope is a game changer for rapid arrhythmia treatment and for end of code in the field.

The DUO not only amplifies very subtle sounds that aid in a diagnosing various pathologic conditions, but also provides a graphic representation that can be inserted into the documentation of an EHR.

I am finding the ecg/digital stethoscope easy to use for almost all veterinary patients. I do wet their fur with alcohol first. The only problems I have are with animals that have very thick coats or if the animal is shaking a lot. The standard of care that I provide my patients is elevated and so is client perception of value.

The DUO system provides a well designed user interface for seamless, untethered workflow from charging to wearability to PCG archiving and playback. The earpiece is the best I have ever used so far. ECG recording is easy and reliable. I can't wait to apply it on more challenging patients to see how it performs compared to well established high quality digital stethoscopes like Thinklabs.

DUO ECG is excellent digital stethoscope with the luxury of phono-cardiography with simultaneous high EKG strip that helps time murmurs and heart sounds making it an excellent tool for cardiologists and healthcare trainee and educators. You can use it with your iPhone and AirPod (pro) for the best convenience of tangling wires. Highly recommended.

My hearing isn't what it used to be. I was missing subtle sounds, including soft rales. I purchased a Littman amplified stethoscope and it helped, but it wasn't optimal. After about 1 year, it needed to be sent back for repair as it would spontaneously turn off. The Eko DUO is a much better device. It amplifies better than the Littman and I am able to hear the sounds I was having difficulty with or missing altogether. I highly recommend this device.

I find it useful to use and the algorithm works well. Being able to save patient information to hand off is great. There is a learning curve and wish the basic instructions offered a bit more in terms of placement for auscultation. On larger patients, it is more difficult to use.

Great stethoscope that has crisp sound, volume control and easy to carry. I have two, one for each office site. Next time ad a small screen on back of triangle-shaped stethoscope that allows me to see the heart rhythm and heart rate. Also, create an Eko Iphone attachment for the public that can record their rhythm and rate. As telehealth increases the average consumer needs to now have the tools, no longer just the doctor. The medical office in the future will be virtual so creating that "StarTrek" tool to screen home vitals (Temp, BP, HR, O2, Glucose, HGB, etc.) will be ground breaking.

I have hearing impairment. I am also a cardiologist, so auscultating the heart is an important part of assessing the patient for me. I just got the Eko Duo, loaded the app on my iphone 11 and got it connected and recording--very easy. I also recently got fitted with Costco Kirkland 9 hearing aids (replacing a 7 year old pair). My hearing aids are connected with my iphone via bluetooth using an app proprietory to the hearing aide. I activated play from iphone from the settings for duo through the app. I am very pleased with the quality of sound transmission to my hearing aides during realtime auscultation and also for file playback. I do disconnect the duo from my iphone when I am done auscultating because noises from the duo concurrent with trying to listen to the patient can be a bit bothersome. Very pleased with the result.

Small clinics who don't do many ECGs or can't budget the cost or don't have room for a full size ECG will find the Eko DUO priceless. There is no need for patients to get completely underdressed or shave a lot of hair. I think I will buy another one to have available in case there are more providers in my small clinic.
