Opportunities exist for:

Customer Care Specialists - continuing lifelong customer relationships and processing orders via phone, fax, and mail.

Duties include:
Receiving and placing telephone calls
Maintaining and developing solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
Performing order entry
Other clerical tasks as required

Qualified Candidates Must Display:
Excellent communication abilities
Demonstrated accurate alphanumeric data entry skills
Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize work load and time-management
